House Inspection Services is a 'full service' inspection company that can provide in a variety of inspection services. In addition to the TREC General Home Inspection, we also offer:

We are scheduled to take care of YOUR inspection.  We have an opportunity to be helpful to you at a very pivotal time.  Do you want to be the "running late" inspection because of another difficult property?  Do you want to be the 3rd or 4th inspection being done from someone who's been running all day?   We are not overloaded by crazy schedules and deadlines.  The focus is on YOUR inspection and YOUR property. 

Our reports provide a high level of detail and information...that takes time.  Texas Standards provide only for the "Minimum Standards"...We are NOT a "minimum standards" home inspection company.  Do you want a "minimum standards" inspection report?  Neither do we.  

Over 98% of inspection reports are completed onsite, and we email them directly from the property before leaving.  All reports are completed and emailed the same day if not completed or sent onsite. A full verbal review of the inspection is always part of the scheduled inspection time. On rare occasions, internet or wifi signal issues may prevent sending report from the property. 

Our schedules include time to visit in person at the property with the home inspector.  If you cannot be present for the review, we can call from the property to review our key findings.  See the Inspection 101 page for more information about attending inspections.  Client review time is included in the completion time scheduled.

We go far beyond the TREC Standards of Practice and use of quite a bit of equipment.  Infrared cameras, gas detection equipment, surface moisture meters, carbon monoxide detectors, and many other "gadgets" are routinely used to complete the inspection.
