Greg House, Owner
Greg began performing home inspections and working with home buyers in 2005 while working for a nationally recognized home builder. He completed his TREC Professional Inspector licensing in 2008 (TREC#9986). He received his Certified Applicator License in 2009 from the Structural Pest Control Service (SPCS#559963). After 4 years with the oldest inspection company in the DFW area, he founded House Inspection Services in 2012. Greg has his BA from Stephen F. Austin State University. He is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. In 2019 was a founding member and Chairman of the Association of Texas Real Estate Inspectors, and also the past Chairman of the North Texas Chapter of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors.
Kathy Risinger, Business Development
Kathy brings her Real Estate and business experience to House Inspection Services in a novel way. Her 15 years experience as a Realtor, commercial banking, loan underwriting and credit management combine to put her BBA in Marketing to great use! As a former Sergeant in the Marine Corps, her attention to detail and integrity become evident quickly when you work with her. Her heart for community service has been recognized by the Texas governor, commissioning her a "Yellow Rose of Texas".
