INSPECTION AND MEASUREMENTS
Site Visit
House Inspection Services will make an extensive evaluation of the property, and use professional equipment to take measurements of the foundation. This will commonly include 4-5 measurement points per room! All information is compiled and uploaded to Noble Engineering for evaluation.
Noble Engineering Services
House Inspection Services has partnered with Noble Engineering Services. Noble Engineering is a licensed engineering firm in Texas, and has years of experience. Your report will have extensive measurement calculations, an easy to read color coded report, and will include any recommendations.
Report Generation
Your licensed engineer report will be delivered in a matter of days...not weeks. Engineer reports are commonly completed and delivered in 2-3 business days from site visit. This process can be started at the same time as your home inspection, or can be done as a stand alone service.
