Our Inspectors are scheduled to take care of YOUR inspection. We have an opportunity to be helpful to you at a very pivotal time. Do you want to be the "running late" inspection because of another difficult property? Do you want to be the 3rd or 4th inspection being done from someone who's been running all day? Our Inspectors are not overloaded by crazy schedules and deadlines. Our Inspectors are able to focus on YOUR inspection and YOUR property.
Our Inspectors provide a high level of detail and information....that takes time. Texas Standards provide only for the "Minimum Standards"....We are NOT a "minimum standards" inspection company. Do you want a "minimum standards" inspection report? Neither do we.
Our Inspectors complete over 90% of their inspection reports onsite, and email them directly from the property before leaving. All inspection reports are completed and emailed the same day if not completed or sent onsite.
Our schedules include time to visit with you in person at the property. If you cannot be present for the review, we can call from the property to review our key findings. See the Inspection 101 page for more information about attending inspections. Client review process is based on completion time scheduled.
Our Inspectors go far beyond the TREC Standards of Practice and use of quite a bit of equipment. Infrared cameras, gas detection equipment, surface moisture meters, carbon monoxide detectors, and many other "gadgets" are routinely used to complete the inspection.
*NOTE - The "One a Day" inspection refers to House Inspection Services commitment to allocate appropriate time for each full inspection depending on size and services scheduled. This will routinely mean that only one "full" inspection is performed per day/per inspector. House Inspection Services reserves the right to schedule more than 1 total inspection per day provided that company standards and completion requirements can be met. If you have any questions, please call.
